There are a few different ways to unlock an iPhone 6 Plus if you’ve forgotten the passcode:

Keep in mind that this option will erase all the data on the device and it is not guaranteed that the data can be recovered.
Here are the steps to take it to the store:
- Locate the nearest Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider by visiting Apple’s website or searching online.
- Make an appointment at the store, in some countries it’s not necessary.
- Take your iPhone 6 Plus to the store and make your complains
- If the phone has not been jailbroken, there must be a way out for unlocking your phone at the store.
